Utils4Work is a free trilingual (English / Traditional Chinese / Simplified Chinese) collection of ten everyday utilities. Every tool runs entirely in your browser — there is no signup, no tracking, and no server processing your data.
It is a passion project, maintained on the side and shared with anyone who finds it useful.

- PDF Signer — drop signature and company chop images onto any PDF in your browser; drag, resize, and rotate, then download a flattened PDF.
- PDF Merger — combine multiple PDFs into a single document; drag rows to reorder, preview any file full-screen, then download the merged PDF.
- Signature Cleaner — remove the white background from a signature, chop, or stamp image and export a transparent PNG ready for PDF overlay.
- Cheque Amount Converter — convert numbers to written cheque amounts in English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese.
- Word Counter & Text Analyzer — word, character, punctuation, and line counts plus reading and speaking time estimates.
- Colour Picker — interactive HEX, RGB, HSV, HSL, and CMYK colour picker and converter.
- Random Password Generator — cryptographically secure password generator with custom length and character options.
- Roman ↔ Arabic Numeral Converter — bidirectional Roman/Arabic numeral conversion up to 3999.

Do you collect or store my data?
No. All computation happens in your browser; nothing you type, paste, or convert leaves your device.
What languages are supported?
English, Traditional Chinese (zh-TW), and Simplified Chinese (zh-CN). Each tool ships in all three locales.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The site is a Progressive Web App, so you can optionally add it to your home screen, but it works straight from any modern browser.
